Residents share storage rooms with one common entry door
Keeping your individual room locked is highly recommended
Since flooding is a possibility, keep dear items elevated 12 inches


Always lock the common door deadbolt when leaving the storage area
  (It’s okay to leave the common door unlocked during a move/activity)


Keep the common hallway free from blocking passage of others
Clean (sweep up), after your work leaves debris on the floor


Don’t enter another resident’s room without their explicit permission


The large basement area contains common items to use
    (Such as wheelbarrows and other tools – return them after use)
